• We only will provide the full booking confirmation when we receive all the necessary documents and full payment.
• The pricing is subject to the possibility of changes which is uncontrollable and can occur because of various government protocols, supplier prices increment etc.

To ensure your safety and comfort request your cooperation.
- Check-in is 1.00 pm
- Check-out is at 11.00 am.
- Please update the reception 15 minutes prior to ensure a hassle-free checkout.
- Housekeeping: Please leave keys at reception if housekeeping is required, towels and bed sheet changes should be requested.
- We are trying to restrict plastic use- Filtered mountain spring water is provided in the rooms and restaurant.
- Please ensure you have deposited the room keys and leave the room, as any room damages will be chargeable.
- No smoking in rooms and restaurant.
- Washing and drying of clothes is an absolute no-no.
- Tea amenities will be given one time per day. Any extra will be chargeable.
- Emergency services are open for 24 hrs.
- Please treat the homestay and its belongings with care.
- Please be considerate of other guests and avoid making excessive noise.
